‘It Gets Better’ for Gay Mormons, Too
Brigham Young University has been called one of the least LGBT-friendly campuses in the U.S.: according to the “It Gets Better” video produced by Brigham Young University students, 74 percent of LGBT students at BYU have considered suicide, and 24 percent have attempted suicide. The video was made by campus group Understanding Same-Gender Attraction (USGA), which is not officially recognized by the Mormon university. [source]
Gillian Anderson, “I was in a relationship with a girl for a long time when I was in high school, and then I was in a relationship with a punk rock drug addict who…” Wait, a lesbian relationship? “Yeah, yeah, well it’s… You know, I’m old enough that I can talk about that,” [read the full interview in Out magazine]

Cat Power & Karen Elson - I Love You (Me Either)
The English version of ‘Je t’aime… moi non plus’.
“Love knows no gender, race or colour” …and… “Never say … Never again…”
Anna Paquin talks about her bisexuality,
“There is a lot of prejudice against us but the more people talk about it, the less of a deal it will be… Frankly, no one had ever asked me before. … Who people choose to sleep with — or spend their lives with — shouldn’t matter, not that anyone particularly cares who I’m attracted to.” [src]
Frida Kahlo.
Openly bisexual, Frida loved seducing women. From her late teens onward, she often experiment with cross-dressing and androgyny, and has since been glorified as a feminist icon for her appropriation of masculine clothes to signify power and independence. [source]
Betty White, “I don’t care who anybody sleeps with. If a couple has been together all that time - and there are gay relationships that are more solid than some heterosexual ones - I think it’s fine if they want to get married. I don’t know how people can get so anti-something. Mind your own business, take care of your affairs, and don’t worry about other people so much.”

WHAT THE FRIGGIN’ NORA?
A spin-off of the web phenomena that is "Lesbians who look like Justin Bieber", this blog is pretty much exactly the opposite...
So, this blog started off as a joke - it’s nothing against the Bieb, just simply that not every lesbian looks like him… In fact, what happened was the more we searched for new posts, the more we discovered that there’s a lot of encouraging, inspiring & sexy stuff out there!
We’re just sharing what we buzz off. Here we have a celebration of the time we live in. It’s a sneaky peek into open closets from the past and the present. It’s also become a place to share triumphs of our community, the highs and lows of our generation (mostly the highs) and just generally brilliant and important stuff relating to all things gay.
If you have any questions, please ask. If you have any suggestions, please make them known. If you have any revelations, please reveal. If you want to share, please open up. You are amazing and this is for you.
xx

“Love is a powerful thing. I have to live my life how I want to live it… At the end of the day, I only live once and if I fall in love with a girl, I fall in love with a girl. And if I fall in love with a guy, I fall in love with a guy.”
